Choc and Oat Protein Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

½ LSA mix

1/2 cup almond butter

¼ cup EVOO

1/4 cup honey

2 scoops (about 50–60 grams) chocolate protein powder

2 Tablespoons dark 70% chocolate chips or cut up chocolate


Method:

Will make 15-20 protein balls

1. Blend together the rolled oats and SLA mix

2. In a bowl add to the mix – almond butter, EVOO, honey, protein powder, mix well until all comes together.

3. Add chocolate chips to mix

4. Roll into bite size balls and refrigerate
